Voice qualification · sub-400ms answer

The voice layer that runs under your brand, not over it.

Voxaro answers your inbound calls, qualifies them the way a good receptionist would, and routes the ones worth money to exactly one buyer. Your client sees your logo, your domain and your invoice. They never see us.

Email-only from here on — partners@voxaro.net. We do not run a phone room.

Voice agent

Thanks for calling. Before I connect you — is this about damage that happened in the last 48 hours?

Caller

Yeah, last night. The water heater let go in the basement.

Voice agent

Understood. Is the property one you own, or are you renting?

Caller

We own it. Been there nine years.

Voice agent

Perfect — connecting you with a restoration crew covering 33607 right now. One moment.

The problem underneath

Most call businesses are still paying humans to find out whether a call was worth answering.

An agent picks up, spends ninety seconds discovering the caller rents, lives two states away or wanted a job — and that ninety seconds already cost you the call. Screening is the only part of this business that scales badly, and it is the part nobody automated properly.

A receptionist, not an IVR

No menus. No “press one.” The agent greets, asks the two or three questions that decide whether this call has value, handles interruption gracefully, and hands off warm while the caller is still engaged. If it cannot get a usable answer twice, a human takes over — the fallback is a transfer, never a dead line.

Signals, not recordings

Every answer becomes a structured field with the exact utterance attached. A disputed call comes with evidence instead of a forty-minute listening session.

Exclusivity at the switch

One qualified caller, one destination, enforced in the routing layer. Not a promise in a contract that gets quietly broken at volume.

Ring to settle

Five steps, one of them yours.

  1. 01

    Ring

A live caller reaches a number your agency owns, on a property your agency owns. Voxaro never touches your traffic source and never puts its own brand in front of your client.

  2. 02

    Screen

A voice agent answers in under 400 milliseconds and asks the three or four questions your buyer actually cares about — ownership, recency, geography, budget band. It sounds like a receptionist, not an IVR tree.

  3. 03

    Score

Answers become structured signals, not a recording somebody has to listen to later. Every signal is stamped with the utterance it came from, so a disputed call has evidence attached.

  4. 04

    Route

Qualified callers transfer warm to the highest-value destination that matches the signal set — one buyer, enforced at the switch. Everything else is politely ended or sent to your overflow bucket.

  5. 05

    Settle

Billing, payout and the full signal record post to your ledger and your client’s portal at the same moment, under your logo and your domain.

White label, actually

Your client should never learn our name.

Half the platforms selling “white label” put their logo in the footer, send notification email from their domain and hand your client a login that gives away the whole stack. That is not white label, that is a co-brand you did not agree to.

  • Your domain. The portal runs at calls.yourbrand.com with your certificate.
  • Your sender. Alerts and reports leave your mail domain, authenticated as you.
  • Your script. The voice agent introduces itself however your buyer approved.
  • Your margin. You set client pricing. We never see or touch your rate card.

Voice agents

Per-vertical scripts, barge-in, accent-robust ASR, and a hand-off phrase your buyer approves before it goes live.

Routing engine

Weighted, capped and time-boxed. Real-time bid requests to your buyer list, or fixed waterfalls when you would rather not run an auction.

Sub-accounts

Unlimited client logins under your domain, your logo and your email sender. Voxaro appears nowhere in the UI.

Ledger & billing

Prepaid balances, invoicing, publisher payouts and margin controls — the part everyone builds last and regrets.

Signal API

Every qualification answer, transcript span and routing decision available over REST and webhooks the moment it happens.

Compliance

Consent capture, recording disclosure by state, DNC scrub hooks and retention windows you set per client.

Live verticals

Scripts already written, tuned and soaked on real traffic.

Something not on this list? A new vertical takes about a week from script to supervised soak.

Economics

Two ways to pay. Both of them legible.

Revenue share

For networks and agencies who want zero fixed cost.

No platform fee

Voxaro takes a defined slice of each settled call. You keep the client relationship, the branding and the buyer list. Nothing is owed on a call that never qualified.

  • No monthly minimum
  • No per-seat pricing
  • Voice minutes included
  • Cancel with 30 days notice

Platform licence

For operators doing real volume who want the margin back.

Flat monthly

A fixed licence replaces the revenue share entirely above roughly eight thousand qualified calls a month. Your unit economics stop scaling with somebody else’s take rate.

  • Unlimited sub-accounts
  • Dedicated routing cluster
  • Custom voice agents per vertical
  • Named engineer on your Slack

Questions people actually ask us

Does my client ever see the name Voxaro?

No. The portal runs on your domain with your logo, notification email leaves your sender, and the voice agent introduces itself with whatever your buyer approved. White-label here means the label is genuinely yours, including in the URL bar.

Is this replacing my call centre or feeding it?

Either. Most operators put Voxaro in front of a human team so agents only pick up calls that already cleared qualification. Some run it end to end and let the voice layer handle the transfer itself. The routing rules are yours in both cases.

How does a voice agent handle someone who talks over it?

It stops talking. Barge-in is on by default, the agent yields immediately, and any question that gets an unusable answer twice hands off to a human rather than looping. The failure mode is a warm transfer, never a hang-up.

What happens to calls that do not qualify?

They go where you tell them: an overflow buyer, a lower-tier destination, a voicemail box or a polite close. Unqualified calls never bill your client, which is the entire reason the screening layer exists.

Can I bring my own buyers and my own traffic?

Yes, and most partners do. Voxaro is the layer between them, not a marketplace trying to disintermediate you. If you would rather also pull from our buyer pool for overflow, that is available per vertical.

How long does a launch actually take?

A single vertical with one voice agent and one buyer list is typically live in five to seven business days, including script approval and a supervised soak period on real traffic before anything routes unattended.

Put a voice layer under your brand in a week.

Bring one vertical, one buyer list and a number pool. We will stand up the agent, soak it on your real traffic with a human watching, and only then let it route unattended.
